Karl Weichselbaumer
Karl Weichselbaumer (born March 26, 1933 in Rechberg ) is an Austrian politician of the ÖVP . Among other things, he was from 1966 to 1967 and from 1978 to 1997 a member of the Upper Austrian state parliament as well as a local council (from 1961) and later mayor of the municipality of Rechberg from 1967 to 1988.
Life
Karl Weichselbaumer got married in 1960 and has four children. Also in 1960 he took over his parents' farm in Rechberg. The Karl-Weichselbaumer lookout point, built in 1983 on the 725 m high Plenkerberg in Rechberg, was named after him.

- Deputy Chairman of the Upper Austrian Seniors' Union (from 2004)
