The Carmelite Church or Church of the Assumption and Saint Joseph ( Polish: Kościół Wniebowzięcia Najświętszej Maryi Panny i św. Józefa Oblubieńca ) is a Roman Catholic church in Warsaw on the Kraków suburb just north of the Presidential Palace .

The church was built between 1661 and 1681 by the Carmelites in the Baroque style by Isidoro Affaitati . The rococo facade of the church goes back to Ephraim Schröger . The church is one of the few sacred buildings in Warsaw's city center that was not destroyed during the Second World War.
