Karp price

The Karp Prize ( English Karp Prize ) is a prize awarded by the Association for Symbolic Logic since 1973 for an outstanding book or an outstanding essay in symbolic logic . It is awarded every five years and most of the award-winning work should also come from the previous five years. It is named after Carol Karp (1926–1972), a professor of logic at the University of Maryland .
