Catechetics
The catechetics (Greek katechein = antönen, reporting, teaching, see also catechesis ) as a discipline of practical theology busy (s) with the educational services of the church.
Whether the name of this discipline should be used as the ratio of catechetics for religious education and community education is, is highly controversial. The relationship between religious education and community education has also not been clearly clarified.
