Katell Quillévéré

Katell Quillévéré (born January 30, 1980 in Abidjan ) is a French director.

Life

Katell Quillévéré is the daughter of a computer scientist and a biology teacher. She spent the first five years of her life with her parents and grandparents in Ivory Coast . The family later returned to France to settle in Paris. After college, she wanted to start a film career, but was not accepted and decided to study philosophy at the University of Paris. There she met the director and screenwriter Hélier Cisterne , with whom she lives and with whose help she was able to start her film career.
