The elongated brick building was erected in the third quarter of the 19th century. It served as a storage building .

It consists of two structures. Both parts have arched hatch openings . The northern part, number 34, has four floors . Toothed friezes , also known as the German band , run between the floors . The southern part, number 35, has three floors. Its facade is structured with pilaster strips .

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 393.
