The Cathedral of Mren ( Armenian տաճար Մրենի , Russian Мренский собор ) is built in the 7th century Armenian church in the district Digor the Kars region in Turkey . It was looted and destroyed during the Turkish-Armenian War in 1920.

Mren Cathedral is located on the border with Armenia , about 1.5 kilometers west of the Achurjan River (Arpaçay). It is a three-aisled basilica with a dome . The foundation of this cathedral of the Armenian Apostolic Church was built in 631, and in 639 the Mren Cathedral was completed.

This Christian building has been on the World Monuments Watch list since 2013 .
