Kathi Gassner

Kathi Gassner is a German legal scholar . She is a professor for public law at the Federal University for Public Administration .

Life

Gassner studied at the Federal University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in the field of foreign affairs. After working in the legal and consular department of the German consulate general in Shanghai, she studied law until 2003 and then worked as the head of the public order and road traffic office in the Schwäbisch Hall district office . In 2009 Gassner received his doctorate from the Fern-Universität Hagen on the subject of the partnership as a legal entity in public law . In the same year she was appointed to the Kehl University of Applied Sciences . Gassner has been a professor at the Federal University for Public Administration in Mannheim since the winter semester of 2016 .
