Kathrin Toboll

Kathrin Toboll (born December 25, 1973 in Hamburg ) is a German actress , film producer and screenwriter .

Life

Toboll was born in Hamburg and grew up there.

She became known in 1983 as a child actress in the title role of the ZDF television series Nesthäkchen . However, this remained her only role as an actress. After graduating from school, she initially worked as an intern on the early evening series Not from Bad Parents and later as an assistant director for various Traumschiff episodes, as well as other television and cinema productions. She then completed an apprenticeship at the DFFB (German Film and Television Academy Berlin) as a producer.

She worked as a film producer for the film production company Teamworx and as a screenwriter. Toboll was involved in the production of the television series Innocent , among other things . For the television film Only Voodoo Helps For Some Men (2010) she wrote the screenplay together with Caroline Hecht .

She lives and works in Munich and Berlin .
