Kathy Webb (* 1950 in Blytheville , Arkansas ) is an American politician ( Democratic Party ).

After graduating from Hall High School in Little Rock, Webb studied political science at Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg , Virginia . After completing her studies, she worked as a restaurant operator in Little Rock. Since January 2007, Webb is the successor to Sam Ledbetter MP for the 37th District in the Arkansas House of Representatives . She lives openly gay in Little Rock .
