Katsuya Ishihara ( Japanese 石 原 克 哉 Ishihara Katsuya ; born October 2, 1978 in Yamanashi Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Ishihara learned to play football on the school team at Nirasaki High School and the university team at Juntendo University . He signed his first contract in 200 with Ventforet Kofu . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . At the end of the 2005 season, the club rose to the J1 League . At the end of the 2007 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League. In 2010 he was runner-up with the club in the J2 League and rose again to the J1 League. At the end of the 2011 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League. In 2012 he was with the club master of the J2 League and rose again to the J1 League. For the club he completed 467 league games. At the end of 2017 he ended his career as a football player.
