The Kayekamm is a mountain ridge in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . It rises between the Preuschoff ridge and the Gablenz ridge in the Mühlig-Hofmann mountains .
It was discovered and named during the German Antarctic Expedition in 1938/39 under the direction of polar explorer Alfred Ritscher . It was named after the naval construction officer Georg Kaye, who was then responsible for looking after Lufthansa’s ships .
