Kazuya Igarashi ( Japanese 五十 嵐 和 也 , Igarashi Kazuya ; born October 24, 1965 in Iwate Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Igarashi learned to play football on the school team at Tono High School . He signed his first contract with Furukawa Electric in 1984 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . With the club he became Japanese champions in 1985/86. In 1986 he won the JSL Cup with the club . With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, Furukawa Electric became JEF United Ichihara . For the club he completed 191 first division games. In 1997 he moved to Yokogawa Electric . At the end of 2000 he ended his career as a soccer player.
