Kein Delikatessen is a literary magazine that has been published since 2003 by the Viennese literary scholars Sarah Legler and Maria Seisenbacher. The magazine publishes prose and poetry by both established and lesser-known authors from all over the German-speaking world, including Milena Michiko Flašar , Julya Rabinowich and Thomas Ballhausen . The 19th edition on the subject of silence introduces young authors from Southeastern Europe for the first time and appears in two languages.

The title motifs come from the artist Karin Ziegelwanger. Each issue of the magazine is dedicated to a different topic, most recently: elsewhere (No. 17), Schall & Rauch (No. 18) and Wasser / Lyrik (No. 17). In the first few years, Keine Delikatessen was published every six months, now one issue per year is published as part of Edition Atelier's publishing program .

Funding (selection)

The Balkan Delikatessen edition is funded by the ERSTE Foundation , the Department of Culture of the City of Vienna (MA7) and the Austrian Cultural Forum Zagreb (Austrijski kulturni forum Zagreb).
