Keith Pickett Holmes (born March 30, 1969 in Washington, DC ) is a former American professional boxer and former WBC middleweight champion.

On September 23, 1994, he defeated his compatriot Andrew Council on points and was thereby American light middleweight champion. By then, Holmes had won 23 of his 24 professional fights, 15 of them by knockout.

On March 16, 1996, he became WBC middleweight champion after knocking out fellow countryman Quincy Taylor in round 9. After two successful title defenses against Richie Woodhall and Paul Vaden, he lost his world title on December 5, 1997 against the Frenchman Hacine Cherifi , by losing points over 12 rounds. In a rematch on April 24, 1999, Holmes was able to regain the world title by a knockout victory in round 7 and successfully defend it against Andrew Council and Robert McCracken. On April 14, 2001, he lost the title again, this time after losing points over 12 rounds against Bernard Hopkins .
