Keith Hunter Jesperson

Keith Hunter Jesperson (born April 6, 1955 in Chilliwack , British Columbia , Canada ) is a Canadian-American serial killer who murdered at least eight women in the United States in the early 1990s . He became known as the "Happy Face Killer" because he decorated his letters to the media and prosecutors with smileys and signed them. His victims were prostitutes and homeless people who were unrelated to him.
