Kelly O'Sullivan

Kelly O'Sullivan (* in Little Rock ) is an American theater and film actress .

Life

Kelly O'Sullivan was born in Little Rock , the capital of the US state Arkansas , where she lived until she was 18. As a family artist, her mother is an accountant while her father worked for a health insurance company, she began acting in Arkansas children's theater at the age of six.

Theater works

After leaving Arkansas and studying theater at Northwestern University , she worked at various theaters in Chicago, including the Steppenwolf Theater Company for True , The Crucible and 100 Saints You Should Know, and The Goodman for The Seagull . She has also received roles in The Humans , Columbinus , The Dark at the Top of the Stairs , This is Modern Art , The Internationalist , Honest , Good Boys , Hesperia , The Lieutenant of Inishmore , The Glory of Living and Mr. Marmalade .

Movie and TV

From 2014 O'Sullivan played in the television series Sirens recurring in a total of 22 episodes Valentina "Voodoo" Dunacci. She also got a bigger role in A Friend's Birthday of 2015.

Kelly O'Sullivan also wrote the script for the tragic comedy Saint Frances from her life partner Alex Thompson . She plays the leading role in the film, the young writer Bridget. O'Sullivan had met Thompson during a theater reading and by that time, he said, wrote the script for "a terrible web series".
