Kelpie is a music project founded in 1989 by the Scottish guitarist Ian Melrose and the Norwegian-German singer and guitarist Kerstin Blodig , who had previously both played in other line-ups ( Clannad , Norland Wind and Talking Water ).
Kelpie combines Scandinavian songs with Celtic- inspired acoustic guitar playing . The two musicians tour regularly in Germany , the Netherlands , Norway , Great Britain and the USA .
