Kelvin Atkinson
Kelvin Atkinson (born April 8, 1969 in Chicago ) is an American politician of the Democratic Party .
Life
Atkinson graduated from Howard University . From 2002 to 2012 he was a member of the Nevada Assembly . He has been a Senator in the Nevada Senate since 2012 . In April 2013, he came out as homosexual in a debate on opening marriage for same-sex couples in the Nevada Senate. Atkinson lives in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
