Kemo Jatta

Alhaji Kemo Jatta , also Kemoi Jatta and rarely Morro Jatta (* around 1935 in Sutukonding ; † August 31, 2015 in ibid.) Was Seyfo (also the English term chief is common) for the Gambian district of Wuli West .

Live and act

In February 2011, Jatta, who was a senior member of the District Tribunal in Wuli West, was appointed Deputy Seyfo. Seyfo Alhaji Yusupha Jabbie has traveled to the United States for medical treatment. Jatta was later named Seyfo.

Jatta served as Seyfo for four years and previously served on the district tribunal for over 33 years. He died at the age of 80 after a short illness in mid-2015, and was succeeded by Chockeh Jallow in January 2016 . Jatta was married to three women.

Kemo Jatta is the brother of Sidia Jatta , the party leader of the People's Democratic Organization for Independence and Socialism (PDOIS).
