Kentarō Yoshida ( Japanese 吉田 賢 太郎 Yoshida Kentarō ; born October 5, 1980 in Saga Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Yoshida learned to play soccer on the school team at Tokai University Daigo High School . He signed his first contract with the Kyoto Purple Sanga in 1999 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . At the end of the 2000 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . In 2001 he became champions of the J2 League with the club. For the club he completed seven games. In 2002 he moved to league competitor Mito HollyHock . For the club he completed 59 games. In 2005 he moved to third division club Tochigi SC . For the club he completed 66 games. He then played for Matsumoto Yamaga FC . At the end of 2008 he ended his career as a football player.
