House no. 61 and house no. 63 form a three-storey semi - detached house solution with a gable roof including a mezzanine floor . Built in the beginning of the 20th century. The group of semi-detached houses is absolutely symmetrical with regard to all architectural parts such as gable, bay window, entrance door and window.
