Kerem Çalışkan
Kerem Çalışkan (* 1950 ) is a Turkish journalist and the former editor-in-chief of the European edition of the Turkish newspaper Hürriyet . This is sold in Mörfelden-Walldorf near Frankfurt am Main . He is considered one of the most important journalists in Turkey . He attended the German School in Istanbul . In addition to his journalistic activities, he is also active as a journalist. So he translated u. a. also poems by Bertolt Brecht in Turkish . In the summer of 2015 he published the book "Constantinople in Past and Present" by Friedrich Schrader (1917) in Turkey in a Turkish translation.
