history

The company was founded in 1952 by Erwin Kestenholz in Niederdorf BL . With the entry of his two sons Stephan and Peter Kestenholz at the end of the 1970s, activities were continuously expanded and sales responsibility for Mercedes-Benz in the Basel region was taken over. In addition to opening several of its own branches, various local companies were also acquired.

On January 1, 2016, the Freiburg and Bad Säckingen branches of Daimler AG were taken over.
