Kevin Lenkeit (* 1985 ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and member of the Bremen citizenship .

biography

education and profession

After graduating from high school, Lenkeit studied at the University of Bremen . He is a research assistant for the SPD member of the Bundestag Uwe Schmidt in the Bremerhaven constituency office .

He is married and has one child.

politics

Lenkeit became a member of the SPD and was initially active in the SPD local association Wulsdorf / Fischereihafen, u. a. as a board member and UB delegate. He was chairman of the Jusos in Bremerhaven and from 2010 deputy state chairman of the Jusos in the state of Bremen. From 2011 to 2015 (?) He was Bremerhaven's city councilor as a replacement for Uwe Parpart and he was on the parliamentary committee and in various committees (school and culture, youth, family and women). He then became active in the SPD local association Burglesum and is currently (2019) chairman of the local association. In 2018, the SPD's Mandate Commission placed him in 15th place on the SPD list for the 2019 state election.

In May 2019 he was elected to the Bremen citizenship.
