Keyway Air Transport

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Keyway Air Transport was an American airline that operated between 1986 and 1992 from what was then Rhein-Main Air Base at Frankfurt Airport . The two aircraft used were a Boeing T-43 Bobcat (a military variant of the Boeing 737-200 ) and a Boeing 707-355C .
The US Air Force did not disclose more detailed information about the flights and the destinations .

The 737-200 was taken over after the liquidation of Keyway Air Transport in 1992 by the military service company EG&G , which used the machine until it was decommissioned in 2009 for flights between McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas and Area 51 within the Nevada National Security Site . (see Janet (airline) )

The Boeing 707-355C was operated until 1989 and after a conversion at Raytheon in 1992 in the service of the United States Central Command and later Air Force Special Operations Command , before joining the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group on Davis-Monthan Air in 2002 Force Base was parked and decommissioned.
