Khosrow Golsorkhi ( Persian خسرو گلسرخى Chosro Golesorchi ; * January 22, 1944 in Rasht ; † February 18, 1974 in Tehran ) was an Iranian journalist, poet and communist activist in Iran during the Cold War . Khosrow Golsorkhi was a member of the People's Fedajin Guerrilla Organization of Iran (چریک های فدایی خلق). Human Majd called him the Iranian Che Guevara .

Khosrow Golsorkhi was charged with the attempted kidnapping of Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi's son on October 2, 1973, and sentenced to death on the overwhelming evidence . Excerpts from his 1974 trial were broadcast on Iranian television. In his defense speech before the military court Golsorkhi put the struggle of the People's Mojahedin Organization of the fight Husain ibn'Alīs against the ruling caliph line of Umayyad same. When asked by the judge whether he would like to continue his terrorist activities, Golsorkh replied "yes."

Khosrow Golsorkhi was executed in Tehran on February 17, 1974 .
