The Kichenside Glacier is a 24 km long and up to 8 km wide glacier on the coast of the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It flows in a north-easterly direction into the southern section of the Hannan Ice Shelf .
Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1956 were used for mapping purposes. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named him after James Charles Kichenside, Squadron Leader of the Royal Australian Air Force at Mawson Station in 1960.
