Kidinu

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Kidinu is an Elamite king. He ruled around 1500 BC. And seems to have been the founder of a new dynasty. It bears the title 'King of Susa and Anshan ', which is typical for the following period. Kidinu is only known from a clay tablet found in Susa on which the imprint of his cylinder seal was found. The otherwise unknown and probably non-royal Adad-Sharru-Rabu is named as his father.
