Kielsburg , or at that time Osterhusumfeld , is a small town that belongs to the Stormstadt Husum .
There is a restaurant in Kielsburg where the Kielsburger Ringreiterverein has been celebrating since 1927 and the Kielsburger Schützenverein since 1973. In addition, “ morning pint ” is the order of the day. A few meters further there is a car dealership. In the other direction are the Husum exhibition hall and the North Sea Congress Center (NCC). As long as there is not an ice rink, the wind fair or the Traktorado in the exhibition hall, there is an indoor flea market every second Sunday.
At that time Kielsburg consisted almost mainly of fields and agriculture. Today only one farm and two riding stables are known. The former fields are now built over by an industrial area . The remaining fields are owned by the Husum Golf Club and three families.
