Kiki Håkansson
Kerstin "Kiki" Håkansson (* 1929 in Sweden ; † 2011 ) was a Swedish beauty queen and Miss World in 1951.
Life
The Swedish Håkansson was the 1951 winner of the Miss World beauty contest, which was held for the first time. She was also the only winner to win the Miss title in a bikini . For the next two decades, all of the Miss Worlds wore one-piece swimsuits at the coronation ceremony. Kiki Håkansson was replaced as Miss World in 1952 by her compatriot May Louise Flodin .
