Kikkia
Kikkia (earlier reading also Kikia ) ruled as the 28th ancient Assyrian king from 1994 to 1978 BC. BC ( short chronology ) or 2058 to 2042 BC Chr. (Middle chronology). He is only known from the list of kings and is considered to be the builder of the first city wall of Aššur . Its existence is controversial.
Arthur Ungnad , like that of Ušpia, interpreted the name as Hurrian (BA VI, 5, p. 13), a thesis that can no longer be upheld today. Poebel thought this was not very convincing.
