description

The exact year of construction of the building is not recorded. However, it is certain that it was built in the second quarter of the 19th century, probably shortly after 1826. The linear architecture shows characteristics of the end of the Georgian era . The two-story house consists of an elongated main wing from the rear of which a short wing extends in the middle. The entrance is embedded in the middle of the front of the main wing and is symmetrically surrounded by five windows. A profiled cornice is attached as a decoration above the entrance. There are more windows on both sides. The building ends with a hipped roof ; the rear, single-story wing is crowned by a gable roof . Both roofs are covered with slate shingles. The facades are plastered using the traditional Harling technique. About 150 m west of the farmhouse are the associated farm buildings, which are also listed .
