The Killy literary lexicon - authors and works of the German-speaking cultural area is an author's lexicon for German-language literature. The latest edition of twelve volumes was published between 2008 and September 2011 by Verlag de Gruyter . A register tape followed in 2012.

The lexicon originally published by Walther Killy was called the Literature Lexicon . Authors and works in German (15 volumes) . It was published by Bertelsmann Verlag from 1988 to 1993 . The completely revised new edition at De Gruyter is published by Wilhelm Kühlmann . In addition to detailed information on the life and work of the authors, the articles also contain detailed and current information on secondary literature. Because of its high price, it is mainly found in libraries. The selection of the authors is based on a broad literary term, so that the lexicon z. B. also contains an article on Eugen Drewermann .
