Filial relationship
Child relationship is a federal German legal term from the child matters (civil legal disputes ), which have the subject:
- Establishing the existence or non-existence of a parent-child relationship ,
- Contesting the marital status of a child,
- Contesting the recognition of paternity ,
- Determination of the existence or non-existence of parental custody of one party for the other ( § 151 FamFG ).
For a child of stuff that's family court jurisdiction. The parenting relationship is important in tax law, among other things . A basic distinction is made between first degree kinship ( biological or adopted child) and foster child relationship .
