Kingsley Adams

Kingsley Adams (born June 26, 1952 ) is a former Ghanaian long jumper .

At the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch in 1974, he finished fourth.

In the same year he was starting NCAA indoor champion for the University of Colorado Boulder .

He set his personal best of 7.97 m on April 26, 1974 in Des Moines .
