The object is a two-story eaves house of half-timbered 18th century in 5: 4 compartments . The gable roof is built with an old hollow brick covering with a protruding, courtyard-side eaves that are pulled forward.
It is a characteristic half-timbered house from the 18th century in a typical regional construction. In connection with the assembly , it is considered worth preserving for reasons of settlement and architectural history.
