The "need of God" in the churchyard

The churchyard is located in the center of Wissersheim , a district of the municipality of Nörvenich in the Düren district , North Rhine-Westphalia .

The churchyard was first occupied in 1541. The remaining grave stones from bluestone and sandstone from the 17th and 18th centuries. The cemetery cross was made of sandstone. It is set in a brick niche in the cemetery wall, a so-called need of God .

The cemetery was restored in the 2000s, the tombstones were replaced and the facility was renewed.

The churchyard was entered on March 22, 1985 in the monument list of the municipality of Nörvenich under No. 73.
