Kirjat Sepher ( Kirjath Sepher. Bibliographical Quarterly of the Jewish National and University Library ; also spelled Kirjat Sefer or Kiryat Sefer ) is a bibliographical Hebrew quarterly published by the National Library of Israel in Jerusalem .

Since 1924 it has listed all Hebraica and Judaica as completely as possible and represents the most comprehensive bibliography on Jewish literature and Judaica in general.

Since 1969, it has been supplemented by the Index of Articles on Jewish Studies (also Jerusalem). With issue no. 73 (2003) the publication of the print edition was stopped. Kirjat Sepher is now only continued online.
