Kirk Wong
Kirk Wong (* 1949 in Hong Kong ) is a Chinese film director .
Career
Along with Tsui Hark and Ann Hui, Wong was one of the directors who brought a new wave of films to Hong Kong. The style in the films seems rather aggressive and chaotic, which has become a trademark of Wong. In June 2012, it was announced that Wong was planning his comeback as a director. In 2014 Wong acted again in a film called Kung Fu Jungle , not as a director, but as a communications director.
