The Klatte-Hof farmhouse is located in Bremen , Oberneuland district , Rockwinkeler Heerstraße 123. The house was built in 1709. It has been a listed building in Bremen since 1973 .

history

The single - storey half-timbered house , a Low German hall house as a two-column house with a crooked hip roof , horse head decorations on the top of the gable and the large gate was built in 1709 in the Baroque era . The fountain dates from 1787. The former bakery is part of the courtyard ensemble.

The house has been used by the Oberneeland Heimatvereen, founded in 1950, since 1990 . He renovated the house from 1991/92; several modifications took place. Further construction measures were then financed through self-help, donations, subsidies and income from the theater. In 2004 the house received a new roof.

De Speeldeel from 1992 in Low German, manual work on the house by De Gilde , the Singkreis, travel offers from De Rumdriever , De Kortenspeeler or hiking with the Padloopers are part of the association's regular program.
