Klaus-Berto from Doemming

Klaus-Berto von Doemming (born August 3, 1915 in Koblenz ; † January 28, 1993 , also Claus Berto von Doemming ) was a German civil servant and state secretary .

Doemming graduated from the Koblenz secondary school and studied law at the universities in Bonn and Heidelberg . He became a judge at the Koblenz Regional Court in 1944 and joined the administration of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate in 1946 . In 1948 he was involved in the constitutional convention on Herrenchiemsee as an employee of Adolf Süsterhenn . From 1949 to 1954 he worked in Bonn as the representative of the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate. From 1954 to 1963 he was the permanent representative of the Rhineland-Palatinate Minister for Education and Culture in Mainz, from 1963 to 1967 he was State Secretary, first in the Ministry of the Interior, then until 1971 in the Ministry of Education and finally in the Ministry of Justice. He retired in 1980.
