Klaus-Peter Brenner
Klaus-Peter Brenner (* 1958 ) is a German music ethnologist and instrument scientist . His main research interests are the musical cultures of Africa and Asia.
Since 1992 he has been the curator of the musical instrument collection at the University of Göttingen , a collection of musical instruments from the musicology seminar at the Georg-August University of Göttingen in the city of Göttingen in Lower Saxony . Brenner brought some objects from his own field research and bequeathed them to the collection on permanent loan .
