Klaus-Stephan Otto

Klaus-Stephan Otto (born May 12, 1949 in Berlin ) is a German psychologist and organizational developer. He developed the evolution management approach .

Life

Otto studied psychology at the Technical University of Berlin and completed his diploma with distinction. This was followed by a doctorate “ magna cum laude ” on an intercultural comparison. Otto has been a consultant for organizational development since 1982. Otto is the founder and owner of a management consultancy based in Schöneiche near Berlin , which advises companies and non-profit organizations on change processes. In parallel to his work as a consultant and coach, Klaus-Stephan Otto co-founded the Civil Peace Service Forum and built it up as a board member.

Together with the Free University of Berlin , Biokon (Bionik Kompetenz Netz) and the Botanical Garden and Botanical Museum Berlin-Dahlem , Otto organized the largest conference in Germany to date on the subject of evolutionary management, entitled "Darwin Meets Business". This resulted in an exhibition of the same name.
