Klaus-Werner Jablonski (born July 30, 1959 in Cologne ) is the mayor of Troisdorf ( CDU ).

In 1963 Jablonski moved from Cologne to Troisdorf and attended the Zum Altenforst grammar school there . In 1978 he began training with the police. During the promotion to the higher service of the police, he attended the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Cologne, which he graduated with a degree in administrative management (FH).

He spent over thirty years in leading positions in the Cologne police force. Most recently he was chief inspector.

Jablonski is married and has three children. He has lived in Friedrich-Wilhelms-Hütte since 1987 .

In 1977 Jablonski joined the CDU, and in 1984 he was elected to the city council. In 1995 he became chairman of the CDU city association and in 2001 parliamentary group chairman of the city council. From 1994 to 2001 he was the city's deputy mayor.

In the local elections on August 30, 2009, he was elected mayor of Troisdorf. On June 15, 2014, he was confirmed in office in a runoff election.
