Klaus Ehrlich

Klaus Ehrlich (* 1941 in Lobositz ) is a film and television producer.

Life

Expelled from his homeland by the Czechs at the end of the war in 1945, he came to Aschersleben at the age of four . There he went to school and graduated from high school in 1960. Then he studied advertising and design at the college for applied arts in Berlin .

In the GDR he gained his first television experience while working for commercial television . In 1970 he completed an external degree in dramaturgy and directing . Since then he has made films about fashion, but also films about music titles, for example with Helga Hahnemann .

His most important show from the mid-1970s to 2012 was Mode mal Ehrlich , which has been running four times a year since 1996.

For several years he also produced the ARD travel guide . In 2011 he was the production manager for the ARD crime series Alles Klara .

Ehrlich has two children.
