Klaus Fiedler (athlete)

Klaus Fiedler (born September 11, 1951 in Kölleda ) is a former German hurdler who specialized in the 110-meter distance and started for the GDR .

At the European Athletics Championships in Rome in 1974 he was sixth and fourth at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1975 in Katowice over 60 m hurdles.

In 1971 he was runner-up in the GDR, and third in 1970 and 1974. In 1975 he became East German champion over 60 m hurdles in the hall.

Klaus Fiedler started for the SC Turbine Erfurt .
