Klaus Hock (lawyer)

Klaus Hock was professor for labor law as well as civil law, commercial and corporate law at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences . He was also Dean of Studies for the Faculty of Law and Local Science .

Life

Hock studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau and received his doctorate in 1986 on the subject of "Legislation of the Council of People's Representatives". Hock then worked as a judge at the Offenburg Regional Court before becoming professor for civil and labor law at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences in 1990. Hock has been retired since 2015.

Act

In addition to his teaching activities, Hock organizes seminars and workshops, e.g. B. at the Haufe Academy, acts as a reviewer, e.g. B. in projects at company level with or advises in the area of ​​labor and collective bargaining law.
