Klaus Locher

Klaus Locher is a German economist and was professor at Kehl University from 1981 to 2010 .

Life

Locher passed the state examination for the higher administrative service in 1967. After working in Neuenbürg and Stuttgart , he began his studies at the University of Tübingen in 1972 (economics, philosophy, sociology, political science, musicology), which he graduated in 1978 with a degree in economics. Before he was appointed to the Kehl University of Applied Sciences in 1981, he was a research assistant at the University of Passau . In the discussion about Agenda 2010 , he was one of the signatories of The dare to reform! - Call of 250 economists to policy makers .
