Klaus Schubert (political scientist, 1948)

Klaus Schubert (* 1948 in Herreth , Upper Franconia ) is a German professor emeritus for political science .

After graduating from high school in 1969, Schubert studied political science, German literature and history at the Ludwig Maximilians University (LMU) in Munich. In 1975 he passed the first state examination for teaching at grammar schools in Bavaria. 1980/81 followed the doctorate to Dr. phil. and in 1992 the habilitation. From 1992 to 2013 he held the professorship for international politics at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt .
